My work goes beyond traditional Reiki by combining Reiki principles with a healing method I have personally developed and refined in conjuction with the Akashic Records (my AR guide).

Through intuitive guidance and focused energy work, each session is tailored to your unique needs and current circumstances. This energy work has been an important part of my practice for 12 years.

* You will bring a few specific issues you want me to address in your healing session. You can voice record the part of your session when we talk. (This is not a Psychic Reading to ask for guidance about life issues - please schedule one separately).


HOW IT WORKS: Using my hands without physical contact, I create a gentle, supportive space designed to encourage healing, regain inner peace, and restore energetic balance. I also use a pendulum as part of the session.

Each 30-minute session is thoughtfully structured but adaptive to your needs. The energy work portion usually lasts around 20 minutes, which has consistently proven to be just right for a deep and effective experience. We then use the remaining time to discuss what came through to me during the session and how those insights can help you now.
- An extra 15 minutes gives us time to discuss the insights in more detail if needed.

Sessions are highly recommended after loss, emotional or physical pain, excessive stress/worry, during life changes and transitions, burnout or overwhelm, lacking direction or purpose, needing more grounding, feeling too much fear (or resentment, anger, guilt, shame, inadequacy); etc.

Note: Committing to weekly Energy Healing sessions for 3 to 6 weeks can allow for deeper healing and more lasting results. Once a strong foundation has been established monthly sessions are recommended. These sessions are an investment in yourself, nurturing your mind/body/soul well-being and intuitive development.

PHYSICAL HEALING: During sessions clients have said that a bad headache disappeared or some body ache, etc., or reduced pain after session, but every session is unique. No energy healer can guarantee any physical (or emotional) healing results. 

Energy Healing Session Benefits:

With focused intention and my specific healing techniques, I clear away energetic “static,” allowing you to feel lighter and more peaceful. 

Sessions results also include:
- Support and amplify your body’s own emotional and physical healing abilities.
- Detect stagnant or imbalanced energy in your natural energy field.
- Restore natural energetic balance and flow inside you.
- Balance, align, and fully open your main chakras.

Results will vary by session but will include some of these benefits:
- Reduced emotional pain and/or physical pain.
- Increased mental clarity and objectivity.
- Regaining a sense of resiliency, adaptability, and optimism.
- Enhanced intuitive connection or abilities.
- Reduced feelings of stress and worry.
- Feel a sudden wave of calm and mental clarity, or conversely, to cry or feel sensitive as stored stress leaves the body.

Clients may feel mild energetic, physical, or intuitive sensations during/after a session. This is normal and temporary.

Energy Healing Sessions tend to be most beneficial when clients approach them with openness and receptivity, trusting the process and remaining open to the guidance and support of the healer throughout each session.
