To allow yourself time to grieve, consider waiting a few weeks before scheduling a reading after a loss. However, I’ve successfully connected with loved ones and pets who passed very recently. It’s important to know we can always connect with the spiritual realm, regardless of when they passed away. But for your benefit, it would be best to wait to schedule if you may not be open to a reading session because of grief and stress.

It’s important to mentally prepare yourself before your reading so you come in with an open mind and can receive the connection we’re trying to achieve. Try to let go of any expectations for your session, and accept what comes.

If you have any specific questions for a loved one, write them down for your reading so you can remember them if you’re emotional or nervous. Please refrain from any "test" questions. Know that this is a very healing experience for every client.
